Tomorrow is a big bake sale/cake walk at school and I decided to make a few things for this event. I made 2 dozen vanilla cupcakes covered in festive Christmas polka-dots (thanks Pinterest!) I also baked 3 dozen gingerbread cookies that I iced to look like sparkling presents!
They all turned out so great - super cute . . . but be warned - you need time on your side for the decorating! The polka-dots were a little (cough) time-consuming and the icing on the cookies needs to dry before you can ice a "bow" on top!
