These are some happy little cupcakes that I enjoy making at least once a year...they make me smile! We're bringing them to school for the "end of the year" party tomorrow! I hope the kids enjoy them!
A basic vanilla cupcake, topped with vanilla frosting, some reserved white as 'clouds' and some tinted blue as 'sky.'
The candy rainbow is by "Airheads" and is available at our local cornerstore...but I went for the big container at Costco! Yummy treats!
