A cake for April Fool's supper :-)
It's not my normal cakery, but it is scratch and it is baked in cake pans! It's a 2 -layer Meatloaf "cake" with whipped potato frosting, garnished with cherry tomatoes. . . this one was tricky, icing it hot (the piping bag was HOT!) and stacking it . . . the glaze ended up squishing out the sides. Not my neatest work, but still 'neat' (as in neato).
(It went over well, although Otto needed some coaxing).
