It may look like supper's ready for tonight, but it's actually our dessert :-)
Spaghetti and Meatballs perhaps? Nope. Just a frosted lemon cake in disguise. I made a yummy lemon cake (9x13) and fit into a serving bowl. Made vanilla frosting, and coloured it with yellow food paste and cocoa powder. I inserted "Oh Henry" nuggets for the meatballs and used some strawberry preserves for the "sauce."
I think it will go over ok - Otto knows that it is "Silly Day" and to expect the unexpected.
Note: So, dinner's done and dessert was awesome! BTW, Oh Henry's with strawberry preserves is quite delicious together... Kurt would like to invent a new chocolate bar as such.
