I baked two dozen double chocolate cupcakes and fancied them up using parchment cup liners. They are great!! Not only do they look pretty, but they also allow for LOTS of icing :)
I decided to make pineapple flower (thanks Pinterest) for one dozen toppers, and I used drink umbrellas for the other dozen.
I made small seashells from fondant and pearlized them with decorating powder and added white pearl dragees for extra bling.
The cupcakes were a hit, and pretty easy to do!
