So, I was asked to make a dessert for the upcoming Youth Progressive Dinner...so why not make a chocolate cake!? Everyone likes chocolate cake :-) I made 2 chocolate layer cakes, stacked and frosted with chocolate frosting and then I decided to cover them with fondant! The bottom layer was supposed to be a tie-dye effect, but proved to be more difficult than I had thought...oh well, it'll still taste yummy (we hope!). The top layer is covered with Fondariffic chocolate fondant (tastes like an enormous Tootsie Roll). And while I was at it, I made figures of each of the youth leaders ;-)
